I have some devastating news. I hope that you will be able to control your sorrow when you read what I have to say. Don’t do anything drastic. I promise that everything will be ok eventually.
I will not be writing on my blog. I know that you have become like a crack addict. You are always coming back to my blog to get your fix. Writing every day has become tedious for me and I need to break away. At least for a few days.
Did I have you going for a few seconds? Probably not but it made my smile to imagine the shock on at least one persons face.
I am going on vacation to visit my family in Washington State for the Thanksgiving holiday. I have a glorious 11 days with no work. I am so excited I can scarcely contain my excitement.
D and I are flying out tomorrow and are coming back on November 28th. I will at least post my Hump Day Hottie next week but I won’t guarantee anything more than that. I will be busy dammit!!!
I hope that you will keep visiting me when I return (if my plane doesn’t crash or something) so that we can continue this love affair that we have started.

Have a good vacation Rachel! You could stop by Montana on your way thru and pick me up, my company I work for is in Washington and I've never been there to see it. haha Have fun! :-)
Thanksgiving is a lame holiday once you get past the age of 5. There really is no point to it.

Reformat ~ I am flying OVER Montana. I don't think that the pilot will land the plane to pick you up. If it was a private plane I would be happy to.
Anon1~ I don't really care about the holiday. It just allows me to take more time with my family while using less vacation time. I get 2 days holiday pay so I am using 6 vacation days instead of 8. Plus most of my family and friends have a few extra days off to spend together.
Thanksgiving does allow me to show off some of my cooking skills.
Thanksgiving is cool in some ways but really look at what the holiday is celebrating:
White men stealing from Native Americans. I guess I am thankful for that but the Native Americans aren't.

Anon1 ~ LOL... I can see where you are coming from but isn't it actually celebrating the white man and Native American's coming together to break bread so that the white man didn't starve to death?
Too bad after that we decided to steal from and murder the majority of the Native American population.

Eleven days of not working sounds like a little slice of heaven. I know you and D will have a great time.
Please don't worry about my withdrawal symptoms. I'm sure they'll taper off with time. *sniff*
And here I was super pumped about a 4 day weekend, I'm pretty jealous of 11 days. Enjoy the vacation.
